Andrew Wheldon is an experienced Property, Business and Estate lawyer.

Andrew was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Qld in 1986 and practiced in a family firm until 2010 when he opened his own Practice at Everton Park.

Since that time Andrew has built up his Conveyancing Practice to be one of the largest in Brisbane.  Off The Plan Contracts have become a specialist area for Andrew with successful transactions in most of the large residential developments in Brisbane.

Off The Plan contracts have become a specialist area over the last decade. After being involved with almost every major residential unit project in Brisbane in that time Andrew is known as the solicitor to consult when you are purchasing an Off The Plan unit.

An intimate knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act and contract law allow Andrew to quickly and efficiently advise in regard to any Off The Plan contract.

Wills and Estates

Wills and Powers of Attorney have been a significant part of Andrew’s practice since he was admitted as a solicitor in 1986. The knowledge accumulated over that time and understanding of people which can only be achieved by life experience allows Andrew to give advice to have your wishes carried out without interruption from outside influences.
