Andrew Wheldon LLB BCOMM
Andrew was admitted to the Supreme Court in 1983.
Since being admitted he has worked solely for a family firm on the southside and now returns to Everton Park, where he grew up.
Andrew's experience includes in excess of 25 years in Conveyancing and Property matters ranging from cottage conveyancing to large subdivisions. From Retirement Villages to Crown Leases to suburban lots, Andrew has seen them all and can advise you accordingly.
Andrew has practiced extensively in Wills , Powers of Attorney and estates for all of his career. This experience allows him to act in these delicate matters with understanding and efficency.
During his career Andrew has acted for Banks, Building Societies and Insurance Companies in a large variety of matters. This enables Andrew to advise clients from the perspective of having practiced on bothsides of the legal fence.
